The project was designed to face the actual housing deficit and funding issues that the country is experimenting. The goal is to offer an incremental alternative, starting with the option of buying a single lot or a full package option that include a 2 or 3 dorms house, taking advantage of the applicable subsidies offered by the government, especially for first time tenure families. The project is in a central zone of the city of Limache, at only 7 minutes from the downtown area. The project consists of 17 individual lots and common areas.
